 Who are we? 

We're a holistic community massage & acupuncture centre
who have been providing for the needs of clients in Hackney & beyond
since our inception in 2010.

We offer a variety of massages, full and partial, deep
tissue, tui-na, or otherwise, with or without acupuncture, customised
to clients' needs.​
​

Whether you're seeking assuagement of an ongoing ache or pain, 
alleviation of sports or repetitive strain injuries, or the easing of a
more general wellbeing issue such as fatigue, tension headaches, insomnia,
listlessness, poor circulation, diminished energy levels, or altered blood pressure,
massages are a really great way to help ​set yourself up again.


Among the benefits of massage and acupuncture, 
two very ancient systems of healing, are their ability to relieve
stress through release of tension. We also therefore provide massages (whole-body
and partial), whose principal aim is relaxation. As they can be quite a
pampering experience, some of our clients like to gift one to their friends.
