We are a community massage and acupuncture centre in east
London who have been providing for the needs of clients in the districts
of Hackney, Homerton and beyond, since our inception in 2010.
We offer a variety of massages, full and partial, deep
tissue, tui na, or otherwise, with or without acupuncture,
customised to clients' personal needs, our approach to good
health being firmly holistic in nature.
Whether you're seeking assuagement of an ongoing ache or pain,
alleviation of sports or repetitive strain injuries, or
the easing of a more general wellbeing issue such as fatigue,
tension headaches, insomnia, listlessness, poor circulation, diminished
energy levels, or altered blood pressure, massages are a
great way to help set yourself up again.
Among the benefits of both massage and acupuncture,
two very ancient systems of healing, are their power to relieve
stress through release of tension. Optional massages provided by
Natural Healing Healthcare include massages (whole-body and partial),
the principal aim of which is relaxation. As such massages can
be particularly enjoyable, some of our clients
gift one to their friends.
